Mat & Chair Yoga with Breathing Techniques for Calm

As we continue to find our footing and adjust to our new normal, we are also finding that the uncertainty of the times is stirring up much anxiety and fear. Let's spend an hour together to focus on breathing techniques and yoga poses to help release out the tension and anxiety that is coming to light.

This session is accessible to all; yoga will be taught for standing and seated (chair) participants.

Class is donation-based!
