Yoga
Yoga is the practice of diversifying one’s body postures and breathing habits to remain energized, flexible, and of sound mind. We pride ourselves on providing an experience that is both physically revitalizing and helpful in easing the mind. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in Yoga already, we welcome you to join us for our sessions.

(*All classes are 60 minutes except for Kids Yoga which is 45 mins.)
Meditation
There are just three elements to learning meditation:
1. Arriving in the body
2. Remaining present
3. Being aware
It is that simple. Yet our modern life demands have brought us increasingly further from Mindful Awareness. If you are already experienced in meditation or would like to begin a practice, we encourage you to join us. Colleen has several years of meditation practice and is interested in providing a Home for a community of like-minded individuals.
