Virtual Binaural Sound Meditation + Reiki

During this stressful time, deep relaxation, and sleep can seem difficult to come by. It's easy to get swept away by our daily anxiety if we aren't careful. If you find your mind racing, especially around bedtime, this could be a great resource for you.

Meditation is a great tool on it's own to promote the release of stress and anxiety, and combined with sound we can further support ourselves in finding peace.

Scientists have observed for decades that exposure to sound waves can affect brainwave patterns. When we are exposed to sound waves at certain frequencies, our brainwave patterns adjust to align with those frequencies.

Through listening to binaural beats, we expose the brain to beats that create low-frequency tones in the brain, these sound waves create shifts in brainwaves themselves, generating slower frequency brainwaves that may promote deeper states of relaxation, lower your anxiety, and make it easier for you to fall asleep and sleep more soundly.

In this class:
- Learn the basics of binaural beats
- Get resources to use this regularly on your own to support your well-being
- I'll guide you to a settled place of stillness, and we will drop into the meditation.
- Just relax and let go!
- While in our meditation I'll send some gentle distance reiki to support you even more
- While we will all be in our own homes, coming together to practice at the same time with intention is powerful, supportive, and healing.
