Midday Meditation

Take a midday, midweek break to pause. Our days move so fast, it's important to take a moment to reconnect our mind and body. Quiet the outside world, and find calm within. Join Danielle Walls each Wednesday at the Center for Conscious Healing for a 45 minute seated meditation. We will do some simple breath work to settle, practice a gentle mantra-based meditation, and set an intention for the day. This is a drop-in, donation-based class. RSVPs are appreciated but not required for this class!
