Take a midday, midweek break to pause. Our days move so fast, it's important to take a moment to reconnect our mind and body. Quiet the outside world, and find calm within. Join Danielle Walls each Wednesday at the Center for Conscious Healing for a 45 minute seated meditation. We will do some simple breath work to settle, set an intention, and a practice a gentle mantra based meditation. This is a drop-in, donation based class. RSVPs are appreciated but not required for this class!
